Faculty in the Public Health Department at UC Davis are nationally competitive with research support from funding sources that include the National Institutes of Health (NIH), state agencies such as the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), and organizations from the private and public sector.
Current faculty projects are focused on women’s health, children’s health, traumatic injuries in military veterans, nutrition, health disparities, access to care, mobile health technologies, environmental exposures, and work site health interventions.
