Moxley Public Health is here to help with your CHA and CHIP!

Moxley Public Health is here to help with your Community Health Assessment (CHA) and Improvement Plan (CHIP)!  We conduct processes and create reports that are visually-appealing, useable, approachable, IRS and PHAB compliant, and focus on health equity and community collaboration. We empower and assist health departments, hospitals, and community organizations to navigate the CHA/CHIP process and confidently make improvements in their community. Our sole focus are CHAs and CHIPs, so it is a skill that we sharpen everyday! We offer two services to assist you with your CHA/CHIP:

• Full Service Consulting - With this package, we facilitate the entire CHA and CHIP process and pretty much do it all for you!
• CHA/CHIP Toolbox Package - Do it yourself with the templates, worksheets, and processes that we have spent THOUSANDS (and thousands) of hours developing for the CHA and CHIP process.  

A portion of the proceeds from the above services goes towards the expenses of our volunteer project in a rural community in the Blue Mountains of Jamaica where Moxley Public Health is conducting a CHA and CHIP. (We are actually going there next in November, right after the APHA conference!)  We also use our resources to fund the "Women Supporting Women in Public Health Internship Program".
