National Council of Architectural Registration Boards
The American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) are non-profit organizations that collaborate closely in championing for the architecture profession. Each play a different but equally important role: AIA advocates for the architecture profession and its members, while NCARB’s mission is to facilitate licensure and reciprocity. Together they lead the profession and support students and professionals as they build a future in the field.
