Use these online planning tools to make it easy for you to search exhibitors and their products and it can help you make your visit to their virtual meeting pages more productive. 

FOR EXHIBITORS

• Current exhibitors: Login to your exhibitor console to pay your balance and manage your online booth presence by using the submenu above. A company profile and login is required for making purchases.
  • Additional ads and on-demand CoLabs will also be available in the Sponsorship Gallery in late June/early July.
• Prospective exhibitors: Select Exhibitors above, then Purchase Virtual Partnership for your partnership packages.
  • Enter your information here to download our current prospectus.

FOR ATTENDEES

→Log in

Create a login to access everything in one place. Enter your email address and BadgeID (found in your confirmation email) in the appropriate fields. 

Don't want to create a login? No problem. Just use the menu above to browse.

→Search for Exhibitors

• You can search for Exhibitors on the Interactive Event Map page or the Exhibitor List page.
• To perform a more extensive search, go to the Advanced Search page. Search for exhibitors by keyword, product category, country and state.
• The My Exhibitors list contains the names of all the exhibitors you have tagged as favorites.

→Add My Exhibitors to Your Expo Plan

You can add an exhibitor as a favorite from any of your exhibitor lists by clicking on the star icon next to their company name. Your list of favorites can be found under the My Exhibitors tab which is added to your expo plan.

→Search for Products

Visit the Product Showcase and click on the search box at the top to search for products by keyword, category or subcategory.

→View Exhibitor Videos

Visit the Exhibitor Video gallery and search by keyword or exhibitor name.

→Search for Exhibitor News

Visit the exhibitor Press Release gallery to read the latest press releases posted by exhibitors.
