The SPE-03 is an 8-Channel fully-automated system for Protein Purification and solid phase extraction of Environmental and Food samples. By processing up to 8 samples simultaneously in a compact footprint, this system provides the much needed time and space efficiency to pharmaceutical, food and environmental labs.
Environmental applications include PFAS (EPA Methods 533/537.1/1633, DoD QSM 5.3 Table B-15, ISO 21675) 1,4-Dioxane, pesticides, PAHs, phthalates, PPCPs, mycotoxins and more.
Traditional protein purification through gravity loading is time consuming and requires constant monitoring. The SPE-03 has achieved more than 40x efficiency using its 8-Channel positive pressure design for antigens. Antibodies, metabolites, enzymes and oligonucleotides can also be purified using this versatile system.
Food applications include the clean up of extracts for mycotoxins and food additives like ractopamine.
