Antec Scientific (Boston, USA) is the provider of the ROXY™ Electrochemistry system, ideally suited for coupling with Mass Spectrometry (EC-MS). It allows studying REDOX reactions within seconds without any biological interference. Typical applications are in the prediction and mimicking of drug metabolism, drug stability testing, environmental degradation of drugs/xenobiotics, including the on-line reduction of disulfide bonds in proteins, mAbs, in top-down, as well as HDX-MS Proteomics. A novel LC column line named SweetSep™ will be on display for the analysis of carbohydrates in food products and glycoproteins by HPAEC-PAD/MS; e.g. compositional analysis of glycan monosaccharides and intact N-linked glycan analysis.
