Aspect Analytics develops enterprise software to analyze and integrate spatial omics data. Spatial technologies are steadily maturing into a key enabler in life science research, drug development, biomarker discovery, and clinical pathology assays. With spatial omics datasets commonly generating tens to hundreds of gigabytes of complex data in a single experiment, data analysis is becoming a critical bottleneck in the adoption of this emerging technology.
Aspect Analytics bridges the gap between algorithmic development in bioinformatics research and enterprise-grade software platforms to support key spatial omics-based applications.
