Fragmatics LLC is a computational proteomics company founded in 2025 as a University of Michigan spin-out. We develop and support advanced software for mass spectrometry data analysis, including MSFragger, IonQuant, and diaTracer, delivered within the FragPipe platform. Our tools support a broad range of proteomics workflows, including DDA, DIA, TMT, PTM analysis, glycoproteomics, immunopeptidomics, and chemoproteomics. Fragmatics provides commercial licensing, scientific and technical support, training, and custom solutions for biotechnology and pharmaceutical research groups. Our mission is to make proteomics data analysis faster, more accurate, scalable, and easier to deploy across discovery, translational research, and drug development. We help scientists move efficiently from raw data to confident biological insight.
