Incom MCPs deliver gains exceeding standard lead-oxide MCPs by 10× or more, maintained over an unprecedented lifetime with demonstrated stability beyond 300 C/cm² of extracted charge. Proven in real-world conditions, these MCPs have survived rocket launches, crash landings, and successful reuse, and they will not crack from moisture exposure. The result is unmatched performance, reliability, and resilience in the most demanding environments.
Building on this foundation, Incom produces the world’s largest planar MCP-PMTs. The 8×8-inch LAPPD provides picosecond timing with millimeter-scale spatial resolution across large active areas. The 4×4-inch HRPPD adds sub-millimeter resolution and up to 1,024 channels for high-rate, magnetic-field applications, including operation at CERN. Even more advanced 2×2-inch devices are in development.
