TWE was co-founded in 1993 by Daniel O. Wong, Ph.D., P.E. and incorporated in the State of Texas. Our core areas of service include geotechnical engineering, geophysical and geological studies, environmental field services, construction materials quality control, inspection and testing, and deep foundations testing.
Our quality system is compliant with ASTM E329 and IS0 Guide 17025. The American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) has accredited TWE’s Houston and Corpus Christi offices quality system for technical competence in the fields of Geotechnical Testing and Construction Materials Testing. Our laboratories in Geismar and New Orleans, LA, and our laboratory in Fort Worth, TX are AASHTO accredited. Our QA program is compliant with ASME NQA-1-2008.
