AASL National Conference

The AASL National Conference is the only national conference devoted solely to the needs of school librarians. The conference is held every two years and coordinated by a member committee composed of association leaders from across the nation. While it is the primary continuing education activity of the division and a leading professional development event for school librarians, the AASL national conference is also an excellent educational and business forum for the entire library community.  The next national conference will be held October 19-21, 2023, in Tampa, Florida.

BOOTH SPACE RENTAL

Inline Rate 2023: $24 per SqFt*

Exposed Corner Charge: $200 per corner

*Inline rate includes 6' table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, and island rate does not. All 10'x10' and larger booths include 4 registrations per 100 square feet.

Table Top Rate: $950
For 501c3 organizations, self-published/independent authors, and technology start-ups only. Two registrations are included, and no additional badges are allowed.  Includes 6' draped table display space only, 2 chairs, and wastebasket.  No standing signage is allowed. Everything must fit on a tabletop display.  Limited number available.
