The 2022 ABCA Trade Show

The American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) is the primary professional organization for baseball coaches at the amateur level. The ABCA has more than 11,000 members that hail from all 50 states and 25 countries.

The 2022 ABCA Trade Show will take place from Jan. 6-8, 2022 in Chicago at the 78th annual ABCA Convention! The ABCA Trade Show annually hosts over 350 companies showcasing state-of-the-art baseball products, services, technology, apparel, gear and more that fills over 200,000 sq. ft. of exhibit space. The 2022 ABCA Trade Show is expected to be the largest ever!

In addition to the large exhibits area, there are more than 50 coaching clinics at the convention as well as numerous conference and divisional meetings, awards celebrations and more!

EXHIBITOR LIABILITY INSURANCE PROGRAM

Exhibiting Companies are required to obtain and submit proof of General Liability insurance with an each occurrence limit of at least $1,000,000 combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage by emailing the certificate to sales@rainprotection.net by Dec. 1, 2021. See Rules and Regulations for specific insurance requirements and additional insured. If Exhibiting Company does not have sufficient existing General Liability coverage, Show Management will provide a reasonable insurance option to Exhibiting Company and Exhibiting Company agrees to pay for this insurance directly.

HOTEL RESERVATION WARNING

Housing for the 2022 ABCA Convention is not yet open. Priority Convention Registration will open for current 2020-21 ABCA members in August. Convention registration will open to new and former members on September 1, 2021.

ABCA has learned there are other housing companies contacting our attendees and exhibitors; these companies do not represent ABCA, and ABCA cannot protect anyone who reserves housing through these companies.

The two host hotels for the 2022 ABCA Convention are the Marriott Marquis and Hyatt Regency, which are both connected to the McCormick Place Convention Center. In addition to these hotels, the ABCA will have several additional Official ABCA Convention hotels with discounted room rates at surrounding properties. All Official ABCA Convention hotels will offer easy access to the McCormick Place and surrounding dining and entertainment options!
