Delivering the future of space science is the ambitious vision that underlies everything the Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics (LASP) accomplishes. LASP is at the forefront of solar and planetary research, climate and space-weather monitoring, and the search for evidence of habitable worlds. Our technology has visited every planet (and Pluto!) and led to profound scientific discoveries. We’ve led the development of UV imaging and small satellite technologies to address key space research questions and to help bolster international expertise. Students work with our scientists, mission operators, data analysts, engineers, and our government, academic, and industry partners, to push the limits of space science and exploration.
