CNS Annual Meeting will bring together 2,750 neurosurgeons and related healthcare professionals from around the globe. The 2024 CNS Annual Meeting breaks boundaries in delivering scientific discovery, interactive learning, and high-impact education directly relevant to your practice.

Mission: Neurosurgery celebrates the accomplishments of the teams who work diligently to achieve meaningful breakthroughs in neurosurgery. The Congress of Neurological Surgeons is dedicated to advancing neurosurgery by providing its members with the educational and career development opportunities they need to become leaders and innovators in the field. Founded in 1951, the Congress has grown to be a world leader in neurosurgical education and currently boasts a membership of over 9,000 members worldwide.

Inline Booth $3,400 per 100 SqFt
Corner Booth $3,600 per 100 SqFt
Island Booth $3,800 per 100 SqFt

Reservations made before Friday, June 17, 2022: In order to secure your booth, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total booth cost will be due within ten (10) business days after reservation (today); the remaining balance will be due Friday, June 17, 2022.

Reservations made on/after Friday, June 17, 2022: In order to secure your booth, 100% of the total booth cost is due within ten (10) business days after reservation (today).

  • Five complimentary registrations per 100 square feet of rented exhibit space

HOTEL RESERVATION & ATTENDEE LIST WARNINGS

HOTELS
Exhibitors, please be advised that there have been occurrences of illegitimate, fraudulent “housing services” vendors contacting exhibiting companies, claiming to be approved by CNS and offering to reserve your rooms “as they are in short supply”.

Housing will be available in May 2022. 

  • The official CNS 2022 Housing Bureau is MCI. Should any other company contact you claiming to be working on CNS's behalf, please ignore their solicitation and forward the email or information to CNS@mcievents.com so that we may work as a team to stop these solicitations.
  • Please note that these “poaching” housing companies generally require full prepayment for all rooms reserved, with no recourse for changes, cancellations, etc. CNS and MCI will not able to assist on-site with any challenges incurred from booking with one of these fraudulent organizations.
  • Remember, the only CNS 2022 preferred vendors are those that will be included in our exhibitor service manual.
