2025 CNS Annual Meeting

Last year's CNS Annual Meeting set an all-time attendance record of 3,388 medical professionals. We are expecting another strong turnout when the meeting heads to Los Angeles on October 11-15. This year also marks a special occasion as we celebrate our milestone 75th Annual Meeting!

CNS delivers the most value for its exhibitors – and the networking doesn't stop when the exhibit hall closes! Your booth includes:

  • Five full conference registrations for every 100 square feet of exhibit space
  • Two tickets to the Opening Reception for every 100 square feet of exhibit space (max 24).
  • Complimentary pre-meeting medical attendee registration list.

On top of the record attendance, 2024 also saw a record number of poster submissions. To accommodate this, the poster session is moving into the exhibit hall in 2025.

CNS also works to drive traffic through the entire exhibit hall. This year the hall features two entrances, the main entrance from the lobby, plus a secondary entrance direct from the general session in the hall next door. The CNS Xperience Lounge is a hub of activity, with daily live surgery presentations, membership services, book signing, the device innovation showcase and a barista.

Exhibit Rates
Inline Booth $3,400 per 100 SqFt
Corner Booth $3,600 per 100 SqFt
Island Booth $3,800 per 100 SqFt

Reservations made before June 1, 2025: In order to secure your booth, a 50% deposit of the total booth cost is due within ten days of receiving your invoice; the remaining balance must be received on or before June 1, 2025.

Reservations made on/after June 1, 2025: In order to secure your booth, 100% of the total booth cost must be received within ten days of receiving your invoice.

Exhibit Benefits

HOTEL RESERVATION & ATTENDEE LIST WARNINGS

HOTELS
Exhibitors, please be advised that there have been occurrences of illegitimate, fraudulent “housing services” vendors contacting exhibiting companies, claiming to be approved by CNS and offering to reserve your rooms “as they are in short supply”.

Housing will be available in May 2022. 

  • The official CNS 2022 Housing Bureau is MCI. Should any other company contact you claiming to be working on CNS's behalf, please ignore their solicitation and forward the email or information to CNS@mcievents.com so that we may work as a team to stop these solicitations.
  • Please note that these “poaching” housing companies generally require full prepayment for all rooms reserved, with no recourse for changes, cancellations, etc. CNS and MCI will not able to assist on-site with any challenges incurred from booking with one of these fraudulent organizations.
  • Remember, the only CNS 2022 preferred vendors are those that will be included in our exhibitor service manual.
