New Exhibitor

All first-time exhibiting companies must be approved by the FNCE® Review Team via the Academy's exhibitor review process. 
FNCE® First-Time Exhibitor Participation Criteria:

• Understand that the Academy reviews all first-time exhibitors to ensure alignment with participation criteria.
• Products, programs, or services align with the food, nutrition, wellness, and dietetics profession.
• Provide a list of products/services you plan to feature in your booth.
• All materials and claims are accurate, evidence-based, and comply with FDA, FTC, and relevant professional guidelines.
• Provide sample products, packaging, Nutrition or Supplement Facts Labels, substantiation for claims, and other materials upon request for Academy review.
• Agree to revise or remove any materials the Academy deem unacceptable.
• Acknowledge that participation does not imply Academy endorsement of our company or products.
