The Senior Executive Institute (SEI) and Leading, Educating, and Developing (LEAD) programs of the Virginia Institute of Government at the Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service (UVA) offer an integrated approach to professional development for local government leaders and managers. We serve local government leaders who desire to invest in their personal and professional development to the benefit of their organizations and communities. The programs take place on the grounds of the University of Virginia.
