NBWA attendees are highly qualified buyers: not only do 8 out of 10 attendees have final say in purchasing decisions, but they also plan to buy one or more products/services they see at the Product Demonstration Showcase.

What is the largest size booth I can reserve?
10'x20' booths are the largest booth offered at the Product Demonstration showcase
When is the deadline to sign up as an exhibitor?
There is no official deadline; we will sell until the show sells out (typically late summer). Reserve your exhibit space as soon as possible to ensure participation.
Is furniture included?
The exhibit space does not include any furnishings, but the hall is carpeted. Please plan to bring or rent furnishings from Freeman for your booth. The exhibitor services kit will be available early Summer.
