CS series is iSonic's new top of the line ultrasonic cleaners with hybrid aluminum and plastic housing. More importantly it uses three 48K Hz, 80W super-sized ultrasonic stack transducers which give unprecedented and uniform ultrasonic power through out the entire tank. It’s more powerful and cleans much better yet much quieter than any ultrasonic cleaners with similar size and capacity on the market. It comes with a ss. basket that fits 8"x11" cassettes, a large ss. removable cleaning chamber to handle corrosive or combustible solution such as IPA for cleaning 3D printed parts more safely, and 4 small ss. beakers for small items such as burs and files from different sources. It also has warnings against open lid and degas function.

Optional accessories include a stainless steel removable cleaning chamber that can be used to isolate certainer instruments and solutions such as cement remover which is corrosive, or to clean 3D printed parts with IPA which is combustible, and small ss. beakers for small items such as burs and files from different sources. iSonic Miniaturized Commercial Ultrasonic Cleaner DS310-W has higher power intensity than any of our medium to large size commercial ultrasonic cleaners. It's best to be used to clean burs and files either loose or in a guard or on a block, and patient's denture or appliances with a standard disposable PET cup. Using a PET cup cleans much better and is much safer than using a Ziploc bag which is a soft material that blocks ultrasound and it's a risky practice declared by OSHA. It can also be used to clean burs and files without worrying that they get lost in the drain and damage the ultrasonic cleaner. It can be used to clean hygienist's instrument set within the operatory as well. These all avoid interference with the main instrument cleaner.
