AASL National Conference

AASL is the only national professional membership organization focused on school librarians and the school library community. Its National Conference & Exhibition, held every two years, is the leading professional development event for school library professionals. It is also an excellent educational and business forum for the entire library and educational community.

BOOTH SPACE RENTAL

Inline Rate: $2,200 per 100 square feet of display space*

Exposed Corner Charge: $200 per corner

Island Rate: $2,350 per 100 square feet, no corner fees apply

*Inline rate includes 6' table, 2 chairs, wastebasket and island rate does not. All 10'x10' and larger booths include 4 registrations per 100 square feet.

Table Top Rate: $950
For 501c3 organizations, self-published/independent authors, and technology start-ups only. Two registrations included, no additional badges allowed.  Includes 6' draped table display space only, 2 chairs, and wastebasket .  No standing signage allowed, everything must fit on tabletop display.  Limited number available.

PLEASE NOTE
onPeak is the only official housing company association with the AASL National Conference & Exhibition. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed or affiliated with the show and entering into financial agreements with such companies can have costly consequences.
