As the AES Annual Meeting has grown in popularity, the society has faced a surge of companies falsely claiming to provide registration and housing or attendee lists for our annual meeting. We are working with our legal team to address this. 

Please note that AES does not sell or share registration lists, member lists, or any contact (or other) information of attendees, exhibitors, members, volunteers, or other constituents. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us.

Mailing list scams: Numerous third-party agencies attempt to sell unofficial mailing lists on behalf of professional organizations, such as AES. Most of these solicitations are phishing scams, looking for legitimate email addresses and cannot be contacted by their 'Reply to' email. Please mark these solicitations as spam in your inbox and do not attemp to respond to them.

Unauthorized Housing Solicitations: AES works with Experient, Inc. to provide meeting registration and hotel reservation services for individuals and groups as well as services for international attendees. Experient is the only approved registration and hotel partner. Hotel offers from unaffiliated companies may appear to be for lower rates. However, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable.
