Lynker is a premier science, engineering, and technology company providing global environmental security as a trusted partner to governments, communities, and industry. Since 2008, we have supported some of NOAA's most important missions. In particular, Lynker assists the National Weather Service with concurrent enterprise support of both the Office of Water Prediction (OWP) National Water Center (NWC), and the National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP) Environmental Modeling Center (EMC). We support OWP with hydrologic research, modeling and simulation, and systems development. Lynker also supports and maintains real time analysis of worldwide weather and environmental conditions at NWS NCEP EMC.
