Toolik Field Station is a scientific research station, located on the northern foothills of Alaska's Brooks Range and operated by the Institute of Arctic Biology at the University of Alaska Fairbanks with cooperative agreement support from the U.S. National Science Foundation's Division of Polar Programs. Our station provides year-round scientific, logistical, and technical support to a wide variety of Arctic research and education. As the largest research station in the Arctic, Toolik offers housing, meals, laboratories, field support, and logistical services for scientists and students from across the globe.
