Cushman Foundation for Foraminiferal Research
The Cushman Foundation for Foraminiferal Research, Inc. was founded “to promote research on foraminifera and allied organisms.” The Foundation publishes research in its journal and a growing series of Special Publications. Each year, multiple awards are awarded to students, as well as a professional award. The Foundation also sponsors the Cushman Symposia at the GSA Annual Meeting on timely topics of foraminiferal research.
