The 2025 ICMA Annual Conference exhibits will be held October 26-28, 2025 at the Tampa Convention Center, Tampa, FL. The ICMA Annual Conference is the premier conference dedicated to local government leadership and management. INLINE BOOTH:	$3,500 Per 100 Square Feet + Corner Charge
GOVERNMENT/NONPROFIT:	$3,000 Per 100 Square Feet + Corner Charge
CORNER CHARGE:	$250 Per Exposed Corner
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Before June 13, 2025 → 50% non-refundable deposit required with reservation
After June 13, 2025 → 100% payment in full due with reservation
