The Walking Classroom provides an innovative way for students in grades 3–8 to get exercise without sacrificing instructional time. Students take a brisk 20-minute walk while listening kid-friendly educational podcasts on preloaded WalkKit (Playaway) audio players or our mobile app. The evidence-based program capitalizes on the link between exercise and cognitive function.
