EXHIBIT RATES
Member Rates
Advance Rate: $3,300 per 100 SqFt + Corner Charge
---> Booth contract must be submitted, and 50% deposit must be paid, on or before 5/31/24 to secure advance rate
Standard Rate: $3,500 per 100 SqFt + Corner Charge
Non-Member Rates
Advance Rate: $5,200 per 100 SqFt + Corner Charge
---> Booth contract must be submitted, and 50% deposit must be paid, on or before 5/31/24 to secure advance rate
Standard Rate: $5,600 per 100 SqFt + Corner Charge
Corner Charge: $200 per exposed corner
Administrative Fee: $250 per reservation
IMPORTANT NOTE for WQA 2025: The discounted "Advance Rate" being offered will only be applied for companies who process their 50% deposit on or before May 31, 2024. If a company's 50% deposit is not received before this deadline, the "Standard Rate" will automatically be applied to the company's booth reservation.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Never trust wiring instructions sent via email. Cyber criminals are hacking email accounts and sending emails with fake wiring instructions. These emails are convincing and sophisticated. Always verify the email address and be sure it is the intended recipient. Confirm wiring instructions via a telephone call if possible. NEVER wire money without double-checking that the wiring instructions are correct. Again, please verify the recipient email address (not just the name).
