Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Information

Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is an independent facility allowing you to bring your own labor supervisors. The Disney Coronado Springs Resort and Accounts Payable & Procure-To-Pay Conference & Expo welcome exhibitors to use the services of an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC)

The EXHIBITOR must provide the following no later than July 30th, 2021:
The EAC CONTRACTOR must provide the following no later than July 30th, 2021:
  • A certificate of liability insurance of no less than $1,000,000 property damage, loss or theft, and personal injury. The certificate must name Diversified Communications as additionally insured. 
  • A complete list of exhibitors they intend to serve
The EAC CONTRACTOR must also be able to provide the following upon request:
  • Current workmen’s compensation insurance certificates from the State of Florida
  • Current labor contracts

The EAC Contractor must use local teamster union labor to install and dismantle the exhibit.

No permission will be given to use an exhibitor appointed contractor for the performance of the following:  plumbing, electrical, telephone & internet connections, material handling/drayage, rigging, booth cleaning or catering.

The Exhibiting company is responsible for informing their specific EAC of the above requirements and for ensuring their compliance. In addition, EAC contractors will be required to adhere to all safety and health protocols, which includes face coverings, physical distancing and reduced contact measures.
