Register for Exhibitor Badges & Invite Customers

Please take a moment to review important information regarding registering your personnel for badges as well as inviting customers and guests to attend the event.

Register Exhibit Personnel Visit the Exhibitor Registration area to register for your badges online to save time onsite. To access your company’s badge allotment, please select your company name from the drop-down menu in the provided link and enter your password. Your password can be found in the booth confirmation email sent to the main contact for your company. If you need your password re-sent, please email registration@divcom.com. If you are a Co-Exhibiting company please contact your lead exhibitor for the password to register. 
Exhibitor Badge Allotments 
Staff badge allotments are based on sponsorship level:   
  • Title Sponsor  20x20 5 staff badges 
  • Gold Sponsor    10x20 4 staff badges                  
  • Silver Sponsor 10x10 3 staff badges
  • Exhibitor 10x10 2 staff badges
 

*If you are sponsoring a session, you will receive (1) additional badge for your speaker and can register them here as well. If you have questions about your session or how to register your speaker, please email Kara O’ Brien.

 

Additional staff badges are available for purchase at $795 for each additional badge. If you have any questions regarding registration, please contact registration@divcom.com for further assistance.

Badge Pick Up Badges will not be mailed in advance. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email. Please bring a photo ID and have your confirmation email ready, to expedite the badge pick up process.
Correct/Change/Replace Badge
Changes can be made on the Exhibitor Registration page. Once logged into the system, hit the ‘Edit” button next the badge that needs to be changed.
No Visitors Under 18
Please note this event is open to business professionals only. Due to liability restrictions, no one under the age of 18 will be granted admittance at any time. This rule applies to both visitors and exhibitors. There will be no exceptions. 

Invite Customers or Buyers

to Attend

Through the Exhibitor Registration area you can also end customers or buyers your custom link or code via email, share through your company’s social media channels or link an ad on your website. This custom registration link includes a trackable code which will provide $100 off their conference registration. All invitations are at no cost to you – these are included with your exhibit space purchase. These passes should NOT be used to register exhibit booth staff or your vendors; they should only be used for customers. Use the link below to log in.
