Register for Exhibitor Badges & Invite Customers

Please take a moment to review important information regarding registering your personnel for badges as well as inviting customers and guests to attend the event.

Register Exhibit Personnel Visit the Exhibitor Registration area to register for your badges online to save time onsite. To access your company’s badge allotment, please select your company name from the drop-down menu in the provided link and enter your password. Your password can be found in the booth confirmation email sent to the main contact for your company. If you need your password re-sent, please email registration@divcom.com. **If you are a Co-Exhibiting company please contact your lead exhibitor for the password to register.** 
Please Register your exhibitor badges by October 1, 2021.
Badge Pick Up Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation with a QR code and/or badge number for each registrant. Print this confirmation or bring it digitally with you along with a photo ID and proof of employment with your company (i.e. business card) for express pick up at Registration.
Badge Colors Badges are color coded by business category to help exhibitors easily target their buyers.  A badge color guide will be distributed to each booth onsite.
Badge Registration Cost Each company has a set number of badges included in their booth space. This is based off of the size of your booth. Once you have fulfilled your allotment of free badges, you do have the option to add on badges for $100 per badge.
Children PLEASE NOTE: Kosherfest is a trade only event.
NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE EXHIBIT HALL.  Child care services are not available at the facility.  Please make appropriate arrangements for your children. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
Correct/Change Badge Changes to your registration can be made through Exhibitor Registration. Find your company name in the drop-down menu and enter your password.  Once you are logged in to your registration portal, click on the "Edit" button next to the badge that needs to be changed. If you have any questions, contact the Registration Team at registration@divcom.com.
Lead Retrieval Lead Retrieval is available to order for Kosherfest 2021. Don't miss a single sales lead! Not everyone will carry a business card, however every attendee will have a badge with a QR code for you to scan. Misplaced Badge If you misplaced your badge go to the registration desk located in the main lobby of the Meadowlands Exposition Center and a new badge will be printed for you. There will be an $80 fee associated for any reprinted badges.
Invite your Customers with a Free Loyalty Pass Through exhibitor registration, you can access your company’s custom registration link and code to invite your customers and prospects to the event for free! Once logged into exhibitor registration, simply click on the Invite Your Customers tab. A custom registration link is provided for you to send via email or share through your company’s social media channels. 
All invitations are at no cost to you – these are included with your exhibit space purchase. These passes should NOT be used to register exhibit booth staff or your vendors; they should only be used for customers. For assistance with your links, or to have them forwarded to you, please email registration@divcom.com.

FREE LOYALTY PASSES expire Monday, November 8th at 11:59pm (EST) and will NOT be accepted Onsite.
Kosherfest is NOT open to the public.  Should you have questions about registering people to work in your booth, please call Customer Service at 207-842-5504 or email them at registration@divcom.com.
Temporary Work Passes
Event Management will issue Temporary Work Passes to anyone who needs to be on the show floor during move-in and move-out but does not need access to the show floor on show days.  This includes: 
Exhibitor Appointed Contractors 
Bonafide company employees who are helping set up the exhibit
Non-official service companies who need to deliver goods to an exhibiting company
 
Temporary Work Passes provide access to the show floor during move-in and move-out hours only and can be obtained in the Show Office or through security.  Please refer to the Event Schedule in the “General Information” section for move-in and move-out hours. 
All personnel who need to have access to the show floor during show hours MUST have a badge.
Visa Information Our policy is that we DO NOT provide letters of invitation.  Please visit the U.S. Department of States Website for all the information you need to get a visa for the United States.  A letter of invitation is not required to obtain a visa.  When applying for a visa at your embassy or consulate, bring you confirmation letter, a copy of your contract to exhibit at Kosherfest and your bank wire information as verification of participation in the fair.
