Today, RUDOLF JELINEK is the biggest distillery of fruit brandies in Central Europe. The distillery produces Absinthe, herbal and fruit liqueurs, fruit brandies from plums, pears, cherries, apricots and apples, the traditional „Borovicka“ from juniper, gin, vodka, whisky, ron. The company produces kosher drinks according to Orthodox Union certificate and under the supervision of the Jewish church.
