JW Marriott Miami Turnberry will begin accepting shipments for the event on Thursday, June 6, 2024.  Shipments arriving prior to this date may be refused and/or incur additional charges.

Once shipment is arranged, submit the information listed below in the online Shipping Form so Event Management can check with the venue on your shipment’s arrival.

Pick Up Packages Onsite Upon your arrival you must go to the Fedex office to sign off on your package and pay the package handling fee. You may hand carry your items to your table or schedule with Fedex to deliver your packages to your table for an additional delivery fee.

Move-In Information 

Move-in Schedule
Set-up for sponsors at the 1:1 Meeting tables and exhibitors at the Energy Hub tables will take place as follows:
  • Wednesday, June 12 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm*
  • Thursday, June 13 7:30 am - 9:00 am (additional hours if unable to set-up on Wednesday)

     * As the Opening Happy Hour & Networking at the Energy Hub event in the room begins at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, we strongly encourage all sponsors & exhibitors to be set-up and be present on Wednesday – don’t miss this opportunity to network with the Buyers and connect with colleagues who will be there!
All Sponsors & Exhibitors must be moved in and set-up by 9:00 am on Thursday, June 13
Hand-Carried Freight Move-in and move-out through the lobbies is strictly limited to hand-carry items. Examples of acceptable hand-carry materials include boxes, suitcases or fiberboard shipping cartons carried by one person, portable displays on wheels and small luggage racks. The use of carts, dollies, flatbeds, pallet jacks or other mechanical equipment is prohibited.

Move-Out Information

Move-Out Hours 
Friday, June 14
  • 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Sponsors & Exhibitors are not allowed to break down their tables nor remove materials from the room prior to the close of the One-to-One meetings and the Energy Hub at 12:30 pm. Please arrange your travel plans and schedule flights accordingly.
 
All sponsor and exhibitor items must be packed and removed from the 1:1 meeting space and the Energy Hub room by 2:30 pm on Friday, June 14. All property remaining in the facility after the end of the event shall be subject to storage or disposal at the expense of the sponsor/exhibitor
Outbound Shipments

Sponsors and Energy Hub Exhibitors who have items to be shipped will need to have their boxes/cases packed and labeled no later than 2:30pm on Friday, June 14

Packing up is your responsibility! The FedEx Office offers pack and ship services, as well as packaging supplies available for purchase. All outbound packages must have a completed carrier airbill affixed to each package. Please be prepared and bring shipping labels along with FedEx account number, if you/your company has one.

Once your items are packed, you may bring your boxes to the Fedex Office for outbound shipment. If you would like Fedex to pick up your outbound shipment from your meeting table, you may affix an airbill form and schedule pick-up directly with Fedex. 

FedEx Office will not make arrangements for freight or third-party courier transportation and/or pickup. Outbound packages to be picked up by a third-party courier should be coordinated directly with those vendors, and communication should be sent to FedEx Office indicating when those items will be picked up. Outbound handling fees will be applied to all packages and freight, regardless of carrier, in addition to shipping/transportation fees.
