Register for Exhibitor Badges & Invite Customers

Please take a moment to review important information regarding registering your personnel for badges as well as inviting customers and guests to attend the event.

Register Exhibit Personnel Visit the Exhibitor Registration area to register for your badges online to save time onsite. To access your company’s badge allotment, please select your company name from the drop-down menu in the provided link and enter your password. Your password can be found in the booth confirmation email sent to the main contact for your company. If you need your password re-sent, please email registration@divcom.com.
Badge Pick Up

Badges will not be mailed in advance. Once registered, you will receive a registration confirmation email. Please bring your registration confirmation to the Exhibitor Registration desk onsite to pick up your badge.

Correct/Change/Replace Badge
Changes can be made on the Exhibitor Registration page. Once logged into the system, hit the ‘Edit” button next the badge that needs to be changed.
No Visitors Under 21
The Administrative Professionals Conference is a trade-only event. No one under the age of 21 is allowed into the exhibit hall. This rule applies to both visitors and exhibitors. There will be no exceptions! IDs will be checked at the entrance. Children will NOT be granted access to the show floor during exhibitor move in and/or move out, nor during show hours.
Badges for Installation/Dismantle
Show Management will issue Temporary Work Passes through Security to anyone who needs to be on the show floor during move-in and move-out but DOES NOT need access to the show floor on show days including:
  • Exhibitor-Appointed Contractors
  • Bonafide company employees who are helping set up/dismantle the exhibit
  • Non-official service companies who need to deliver goods to an exhibiting company.
**All personnel who need to have access to the show floor during exhibitor move-in and on show days MUST have an Exhibitor badge.
