Hotel Chocolat Velvetised™ Chocolate Cream Liqueur is here this week to introduce our line of Cream Liqueurs in three flavors: Chocolate, Salted Caramel, and Espresso Martini. We’ve created a unique way to blend our signature chocolate with real cream and premium vodka. In fact, the process is so special, we’ve been granted a trademark for it. It’s not just “smooth” it’s Velvetised™.
Beyond product, at Hotel Chocolat our philosophy is “Engaged Ethics.” That’s why we’ve created a business model that pays farmers in both St. Lucia and Ghana directly for the cacao. That means the people who grow it can actually make a living.
And yes, we do have a hotel. It’s in St. Lucia on our own cacao estate and we also own and manage two bars /restaurants, there and in London’s Borough Market. We even have a full-time mixologist on staff to make sure our drink recipes bring a new and exciting dimension to the ever-popular espresso martini and the wider world of cocktails.
We know, it sounds like puffery, but stop by our booth so we can bump elbows and you can sample the liqueur line, (and the fabulous chocolate we make.) We’re quite confident you’ll be wowed!
