Our "Stockhausen Method", patented around the world by Dr. Dolf Stockhausen, a reknowned German Chemical Engineer, is a innovative response to the world wide barrel shortage & goes hand in hand with our slogan "Time doesn't Matter. Taste Matters." The Stockhausen Method, which is different than many accelerated maturation processes that have produced sub-par products, because our single malts hold up in blind tastings against tradtiional 14, 18, 20 year old single malts. Our "fast forward finishing process" still uses traditional barrels but only for 3 years. Our process is more environment friendly and has numerous qualitative, economical, ecological and hygenic advantages. For the average consumer buying a bottle, our single malts are less harsh, refined and of the highest quality.
