When we first set out to build a brand new distillery in the heart of the Cotswolds, we set out to use the best possible kit, traditional methods and the highest quality raw ingredients. Thankfully we had the guidance of renowned industry legends Harry Cockburn & Dr Jim Swan (known as ‘the Einstein of whisky,' notably guiding Kavalan, Kilchoman and Penderyn to prestige).

Whisky production is at the heart of everything we do. Our signature Cotswolds Single Malt is a rich, fruity and sippable whisky. It has a balance and depth of flavor that belies its young age, due to the exceptional attention to detail in our distilling and our use of the finest oak casks for maturation. Our Cask Strength Series single malts, are aged using uniquely active casks which give a rich and intense maturation to the distillery's fruity spirit, all varying in individuality and quality.

Not often content with sitting still, we have produced a range of small-batch gins unlike anything in the World. What links these diverse products is our commitment to quality and the search for something deliciously different. Come explore what makes us uniqe.
