- Monday, March 6th 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (raw space only)
- Tuesday, March 7th 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (all exhibitor move-in) *
*All turnkey exhibitors are only permitted to move-in on Tuesday, March 7th

Exhibitors may access the floor starting at 8:00am on event days

| Exhibit Move-Out |
No exhibit can be removed in whole or in part prior to the close of the show at 6:00 pm on Thursday, March 9th, 2023.
- Thursday, March 9th 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Friday, March 10th 8:00 am – 12:00 pm (For Raw Space Exhibitors Only)
**Please Note the Following:
- All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 10:00 PM on Thursday, March 9th. If you are shipping materials out, all carriers must check-in no later than 8:00 PM on Thursday, March 9th. Drivers not checked in by this time will risk the possibility of their shipments going out on the house carrier and incurring additional costs. Please note that Freeman will return all empty freight within 1-2 hours of show close.
- Only Raw Space Exhibitors will be able to continue to move out on Friday, March 10th until 12:00pm.
