It is a rare corporation founded by local producers, JA, and the government (Tsunan Town).
Tsunan Town in Niigata Prefecture is one of the world's heaviest snowfall areas and has river terraces that are said to be the largest in Japan.
The abundant melted snow slowly filters through the soil of the river terrace and gushes out as soft water containing minerals.
We use the water nurtured in this environment for brewing sake, which has a soft and easy-to-drink taste due to the influence of the water.
Our sake is brewed not only with the best ingredients but also with advanced brewing techniques, as evidenced by the many awards we have received at international competitions such as the International Wine Challenge (IWC) and Kura Master,　as at domestic sake competitions.
