Crystal Rain Distillery was found in 2019 by Kristian Hristov. With over 200,000 proof gallons capacity and combination of traditional copper and two column stills, Crystal Rain is one of the biggest craft distillers in Illinois. The distillery will feature a tasting room and it’s expected to open for visitors in June 2023. The team is experimenting with different whiskey and brandy recipes, which potentially will be bottled in late 2023. Kristone Vodka was created with only one thing in mind – “to make the best vodka possible”. The base ingredient is 100% organic winter wheat gives the vodka a full body, creamy texture and longer finish. These characteristics are making it perfectly suitable for having it neat or on the rocks. It is the perfect addition to one’s Martini, Cosmopolitan or Bloody Mary’s and so on. The Vodka is distilled 6 times in copper still with two copper columns, and then filtered through sophisticated custom-made system of silver and platinum plates. Kristone Vodka has been awarded with in 2022 with Gold in from San Francisco World Spirits Competition, Double Gold from SIP Awards and Gold in 2021 from Beverage Tasting Institute.
