Register for Exhibitor Badges & Invite Customers
Please take a moment to review important information regarding registering your personnel for badges as well as inviting customers and guests to attend the event.
| Register Exhibit Staff |
Visit the Exhibitor Registration area to register for your badges online to save time onsite. To access your company’s badge allotment, please select your company name from the drop-down menu in the provided link and enter your password. Your password can be found in the booth confirmation email sent to the main contact for your company. If you need your password re-sent, please email registration@divcom.com. If you are a Co-Exhibiting company, please contact your lead exhibitor for the password to register. |

Staff badge allotments are based on sponsorship level:
Gold Level sponsors – 4 EXC (exhibitor conference badges)
Silver Level sponsors – 2 EXC (exhibitor conference badges), 2 EXH (exhibitor exhibit hall badges)
**Additional staff badges over and above these allotments are available for purchase at $795 for exhibitor conference badge or $150 for exhibits only.

Exhibits Only – badges are not valid for admission to conference sessions.
Exhibitor Conference – badges grant access to Geo Week, ASPRS, and SIBD conference sessions and the exhibit hall floor. |
| Badge Pick Up |
Badges will not be mailed in advance. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email. Please bring a photo ID and have your confirmation email ready, to expedite the badge pick up process. |

Correct/Change/Replace Badge
|
Changes can be made on the exhibitor registration page. Once logged into the system, hit the ‘Edit” button next the badge that needs to be changed. |
| No Visitors Under 18 |
Please note that visitors under the age of 18 are NOT allowed on the show floor at Geo Week. This rule applies to both visitors and exhibitors. There will be no exceptions! |
| Lead Retrieval |
Don't miss a single sales lead! Not everyone will carry a business card, however every attendee will have a badge with a QR code for you to scan. Order Lead Retrieval Online or for more information please contact XPress Leads at 800-746-9734 or xpressleadpro@cdsreg.com. The early pricing deadline to order Lead Retrieval is Thursday December 9th. |
| Invite Your Top Customers |
Through the Exhibitor Registration area, you can also invite customers or buyers with your custom link or code via email, to share through your company’s social media channels or link an ad on your website. This custom registration link includes a trackable code to receive a FREE expo hall pass OR $100 off a Geo Week conference registration. Exhibitors who bring in the most registrants will win a cooler of 100 beers to give out at their booth during the show! All invitations are at no cost to you – these are included with your exhibit space purchase. These passes should NOT be used to register exhibit booth staff or your vendors; they should only be used for customers. |
