• Keep Railway Projects on Track with Mosaic (Nov 18, 2025)
  Better railways build stronger economies - and AirView, a Czech drone reality capture firm, is proving it with Mosaic. For a major reconstruction project by Správa železnic, the Czech national railway authority, AirView mounted the high-resolution Mosaic X panoramic camera on a locomotive, capturing 91.2MP images every 5 meters. The goal: create a precise, track-level photographic record to support compliance, documentation, and long-term maintenance.
  
  After comparing options, AirView selected the Mosaic X over the Ladybug6 for its simplified setup and sharper results. The AVAG cloud platform, developed by AirView, now fully supports Mosaic imagery, allowing clients to interact with ultra-high-res visuals, point clouds, and digital terrain models remotely.

  The Mosaic Processor (MoPro) is a flexible, GPU‑accelerated software suite designed to generate georeferenced 360° panoramic imagery, including trajectory parsing, point cloud and LiDAR integration, synchronized image stitching, and metadata embedding. It supports both Mosaic system workflows and broader 3D data processing needs.

  The Mosaic Anonymizer applies AI-driven blurring to faces and license plates using models trained on native 12K+ imagery, helping users meet global privacy regulations like GDPR and PIPA.
