XenoBike, XenomatiX’ turnkey pavement inspection solution, took the top spot ahead of some of the most established geospatial firms in the industry. This innovative four-wheel electric bike brings high-precision road scanning to areas that traditional vehicles can’t reach, revolutionizing bike lane and pedestrian way mapping.

We’re honored by this recognition and excited to continue shaping the future of smart mobility and infrastructure inspection!

    Extract from Geo Week website:

The winner of this year’s voting for the Geo Week Game Changers Showcase was the XenoBike, from XenomatiX. The company has long provided lidar solutions for mapping roadways and sideways, generally releasing systems that attach to cars for things like roadway inspection and other use cases. Last year, they released their new XenoBike, which takes that same concept but with the system being used on a four-wheel electric bike rather than a standard vehicle. This system allows for the scanning of areas like bike and pedestrian ways that larger vehicles can’t access.

  • XenomatiX Unveils Its Most Advanced Solid-State Lidar Yet

Updated 09 Oct, 2025 – XenomatiX, pioneer in solid-state lidar technology, proudly announces the launch of XenoLidar Xavia, its most advanced next-generation solid-state lidar system.

    Who is Xavia?
Xavia is both human and machine—embodying the efficiency of high-tech engineering with the perceptiveness of human vision. That’s what inspired her name. Built to lead in industrial sensing, Xavia represents the latest evolution in the XenoLidar family, first introduced by XenomatiX in 2017.

“She” features an AI-powered brain, enhanced sensing capabilities, high-speed processing, seamless plug-and-play integration and an all-in-one sensor-fusion solution in a single box.

Engineered to address the growing needs of smart city analytics, infrastructure monitoring, automotive and security applications, Xavia has all the characteristics of a solid-state lidar, delivering superior performance, durability and performance without moving parts.

With incredible dynamic range, she can measure objects as far as 140 meters—and as close as just a few centimetres at the same time. Traffic signs and other reflective surfaces are reliably detected thanks to the onboard Advanced Reflector Handling, which allows Xavia to observe dark objects even when they are positioned next to highly reflective ones.

Xavia floods the entire scene with laser light to ensure nothing is missed yet remains completely safe as a Class 1 eye-safe product.

“One of the strongest unique features of Xavia is the potential to stand shoulder to shoulder with cameras,” says Filip Geuens, CEO at XenomatiX. “We recognize that lidar and cameras are most powerful when combined—that’s why we’ve integrated them into a single solution.”

Geuens also adds, “At XenomatiX, we firmly believe in the value of lidar and recognize it as essential technology. That’s why we’re committed to making it accessible at a fair price. Because different applications demand different solutions, we offer flexible configuration options—allowing you to customize your Xavia unit to fit your exact needs. In short, you only pay for what you actually require.”

With Xavia, XenomatiX sets a new benchmark in perception technology—combining precision, intelligence, and simplicity like never before.

  • XenomatiX, road lidar XenoTrak has completed the NCAT certification.

The certification consists of a ‘’block test’’ vertical verification and a ”bounce test” or accelerometer test. The distance measuring instrument (DMI) is then verified for longitudinal accuracy. Passing criteria for the DGA sections are ten (10) runs on each of the three dense-graded asphalt (DGA) sections, yielding cross-correlation values of 92% repeatability and 90% accuracy when compared to the reference profiler.

NCAT’s Profiler Certification Program consists of three DGA test sections and an OGFC test section. The DGA sections are: smooth (IRI 30 to 75 in/mile), medium-smooth (95 to 135 in/mile), and a medium- rough (135 to 200 in/mile). The IRI of the OGFC section falls within the “smooth” range. The certification procedure is further detailed in AASHTO R 56.
