*Exhibits must be moved-in and set up by 4:30 PM on Monday, February 13th.
Overtime Rates:
Overtime includes 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM Monday through Friday, and all-day Saturday & Sunday.
Overtime rates will be applied to all freight received at the warehouse and/or show site that must be moved into or out of booth during above listed times.

No exhibits can be removed in whole or prior before the close of the show at 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 16th.

Friday, February 17 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by Friday, Februray 17 at 12:00 PM. To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed from the exhibit facility by the Exhibitor Move-Out deadline, please have all carriers check-in by February 17, 2023 at 10:00 AM
