Co-Exhibitor Information

Please review the following information if you are a Co-Exhibiting company in the event.

What will I receive as a Co-Exhibitor? As a Co-Exhibitor in the event, you will have a Company Listing that will appear in the event website Exhibitor List and event Mobile App. You will also receive a two-line identification sign on-site at your booth which will include your company name and booth number.
How do I update my company listing? You can update your listing within this Exhibitor Resource Center. Once you have logged in to the Resource Center using the link and password included in your Welcome email, click on the Home link in the top navigation and select the Update Company Listing link. There you will be able to review and save any changes to your listing information.

How do I register my staff for badges?

As a Co-Exhibitor you will share a badge allotment and password with your lead exhibitor. Please contact your lead exhibitor directly for this information.

Do I need to order services or furnishings?

If you will need to place orders for any utilities like electricity or order any furnishings, please be sure to contact your lead exhibitor first to ensure an order has not already been placed.

Do I need to fill out any event related forms?

As a co-exhibiting company you will not need to fill out the Booth Approval or Exhibitor Appointed Contractor form for the event. You will only need to review and update your Company Listing form for the event. 

How do I ship my items to the event?

Please consult our Shipping, Move-in & Move-out page to review your options for shipping your items to the event. You will need to be sure to label your materials properly to ensure they are delivered directly to your booth.
