We proudly present the newest addition to our SMART line of solutions: Smart Conduit Mount! It’s the quickest and most straightforward way to install conduit on composition shingle roofs. The integrated flashing uses EcoFasten’s proprietary UltraGrip Technology™, which creates a waterproof seal without prying up shingle courses, removing nails, or pre-drilling pilot holes. Also, the mount includes all the necessary hardware, providing the ultimate convenience for solar PV installation professionals.
What sets it apart is the integrated flashing with UltraGrip Technology™ that eliminates traditional metal flashing, so there are fewer components to purchase, inventory, ship, and install. You can install the mount anywhere on the roof and turn it 360°. With three adjustment locations, you’ll have no trouble placing the conduit exactly where you need it. And the best part? It works with all the most common types of conduit – EMT, RMC, IMC, Rigid PVC, and Liquid Tight Flexible Metallic Conduit. Also, the Smart Conduit Mount conforms to UL 2239 (the standard for Hardware for the Support of Conduit, Tubing, and Cable).

CASTED DESIGN
The mount’s super-strong casted fabrication provides incredible strength and guides moisture around the base with weep holes for drainage.
FLEXIBLE FOAM
The sealant we use in our SMART line of products is embedded deep into the shingle granules and gaps with the help of a layer of flexible EPDM foam cushioning. This foam also absorbs the movement caused by daily thermal expansion and contraction, which prevents the edge of the mount from cutting into the shingles while protecting the screws from gapping. The sealant, foam, and release liner are the same used in our popular RockIt Smart Slide and ClickFit Smart Foot, which many installers are already familiar with.
WATERPROOF SEALANT
A proprietary waterproof sealant adheres easily to shingle surfaces and granules, allowing for installation in ambient temperatures ranging from 5°F to 118°F, giving installers the range in temperatures needed to ensure a successful installation.
