Important Exhibitor Tasks

Please review the list of tasks below. These are the items that you will need to complete to continue planning for the event. As a reminder, each 100 sq ft of space will include: 8' high gray back drape and 3' high gray side dividers. (1) 6' gray draped table, (2) side chairs & 1 wastebasket. Each 50 sq ft booth will include: 8' high gray back drape, 3' high side rail, (1) 4' gray draped table, (1) side chair & 1 wastebasket. Booths 300 sq. ft. or less will receive a one-line identification sign. Booths and aisles will be carpeted in rep pepper (black and red speckled).

Through this form you will provide booth details along with drawings of the booth design for our Operations team to evaluate and approve. It is required for ALL Lead Exhibitors.

Submit Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Form

Required ONLY if an outside contractor will be building your booth. If you will be hiring a company, outside of Freeman, to build your booth, please fill out this form. Also, if you will be building your booth yourself, you will not need to fill out this form.

Submit Co-Exhibitors

Please complete this form for each co-exhibiting company who will be present in your booth. A co-exhibitor fee of $300 will be charged for exhibitors who wish to have more than one company per 80 sq. ft. There is a maximum of two companies per 80 sq. ft. booth. Each approved co-exhibitor will receive an identification sign at the booth and inclusion in the event website Exhibitor List and event Mobile App.

Freeman will begin receiving materials on-site on this date. Shipments arriving prior to November 6th may be refused by the venue and/or incur additional charges. Freeman will receive your materials and deliver them to your booth space. Please contact Freeman for all associated fees.
