The David Elliot Poultry Farm has been in business for over 75 years producing the highest quality Kosher poultry.
They produce a full range of raw poultry in all different shapes and sizes, from small chickens to large turkeys, and everything in between. They provide not only a broad selection of products but also both whole and individual parts options. David Elliot is perhaps best known in the industry, however, for their specialty items, such as their super sized capons and their famed Rock Cornish Hens.
Their birds are processed fresh daily under the strictest Kosher guidelines supervised by a team of skilled and experienced onsite Rabbinic staff. Poultry is certified under USDA with Federal inspectors on the premises. They ship both fresh and frozen via their own fleet of refrigerated trucks and common carrier.
