Tuesday November 15                    2:00 pm - 6:00 pm  Booths 400 sq. ft. & Larger & Boats 
Wednesday November 16               8:00 am - 10:00 am  Booths 300 sq. ft. & Larger 
                                                      10:00 am - 12:00 pm Booths 200 sq. ft. & Larger 
                                                      12:00 pm - 7:00 pm  All Booths
Note: Labor performed after 4:30 p.m. will be assessed overtime charges.

Wednesday, November 16              1:00pm – 6:00pm (exhibitors only)
Thursday, November 17                  8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday, November 18                       9:00am – 4:30pm
Saturday, November 19                   9:00am – 1:00pm
Exhibit Hours
Badged Exhibitors will be allowed access to the exhibit floor at 7:00am on Thursday and 8:00am on Friday and Saturday.
Thursday, November 17                  10:00 am - 5:00 pm * 
Friday, November 18                       10:00 am - 5:00 pm * 
Saturday, November 19                   10:00 am - 2:00 pm**
                   *No admission past 4:30pm on Thursday and Friday, event ends at 5:00PM. 
                        **No admission past 1:30pm on Saturday, event ends at 2:00PM
Exhibitor Move-Out
Saturday, November 19                   2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
All exhibits must remain intact until the official close of the show at 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 19th.  Please arrange your travel plans accordingly.
Move-Out Information

• Freeman will begin returning empty containers after the aisle carpet has been removed.

• All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 10:00 p.m., Saturday, November 19. Any materials remaining in the facility will be re-routed via Freeman’s choice or returned to warehouse to await disposition at exhibitor’s expense. 

• To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed from the exhibit facility by the Exhibitor move-out deadline, please have all carriers check-in by 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 19.
