Important Things to Remember

Each booth will include

8' high black back drape and 3' high black side dividers. Booths 300 sq. ft. or less will receive a one-line identification sign. Booths 330 sq. ft. or larger may receive an identification sign on request.

West Hall: Booths in the West Hall of Pacific Marine Expo will be decorated with high Black back drape and Black side dividers. The West Hall aisle carpet will be Tuxedo. 
Alaska Hall: Booths in the Alaska Hall will be decorated with White back and White side dividers. The Alaska Hall aisle carpet will be Midnight Blue.

Alcohol Regulations

Levy is the licensed liquor holder for the Lumen Field Event Center.  Any alcohol that you plan to serve from your booth MUST be purchased from Levy and served by an employee of the licensee. 


Bringing alcoholic beverages into the building is prohibited and will be strictly monitored and enforced. Please reference the ‘Alcohol Regulations’ document for details outlining the building’s requirements for alcoholic beverages. 

Booth Cleaning & Porter Service Booth cleaning & trashing removal/porter service must be ordered seperately through Freeman.
Children No one under the age of 18 will be granted admittance during the exhibitor move in and/or move out. Children under the age of 18 will be allowed on the show floor duirng official show hours ONLY and MUST be accompanied by an adult. Pre-registration is not required for children under the age of 14. Guest family badges can be retrieved onsite for those 14 and under.
Covered Structures/ Tents Any tent or covered structure over 100 square feet indoors requires a smoke detector and one fire extinguisher with a minimum UL classification of 2A 10BC. Any tent or covered structure over 1000 square feet indoors requires an automatic fire suppression system (i.e. automatic fire sprinklers) and will need to be wired into the Lumen Field Event Center’s smoke alarm system. Custom Booths The exhibit must arrive prefinished and ready to be assembled. No painting or additional carpentry will be allowed inside the halls. At the close of the show all the exhibit must be removed from the halls at the expense of the exhibitor.
Double-Decker/Two-Story Exhibits Exhibitors wishing to erect multiple story exhibits are subject to additional fire regulations. These exhibitors must contact Nadia Rashed in the Operations Department at 207-842-5566 to discuss their design and must submit a Booth Approval Form.
Drones Operable drones are not permitted to be used under any circumstances.
Event Mangement Office Diversified Communications maintains a show office in the main lobby where Event Management may be reached from move-in, throughout the show and during move-out. The office is located on the Concourse Level at the top of the stairs nearest the entrance to the parking garage.
Exhibitor Evaluation All exhibitors will receive an evaluation shortly after the event. Your cooperation in completing this survey will help us to improve the event and will serve as an information link between exhibitors and Event Management.
Exhibit Display Walls

All back walls and sidewalls must be finished or draped, no loose wire or any obstruction may be seen or Event Management, at the exhibitor’s expense, will drape them. See-through back walls or displays that do not cover the back wall entirely will not suffice. Pop-up displays must be positioned so that the back-metal framing is not visible - if positioned so, metal framing must be covered.


The backside of walls (the common border facing a neighboring booth) must be devoid of copy, logos or other graphics, so as not to be an eyesore to neighboring exhibitors or appear as part of their display.

Exhibitor Appointed Contractors The Lumen Field Event Center is an independent hall allowing you to bring your own labor supervisors. The Event Center and Pacific Marine Expo Event Management welcome exhibitors to use the services of an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC). If you choose to use an EAC please fill out the EAC approval form.
Food Sampling If you are the manufacturer, processor or distributor of a food product, you may serve sample portions of your product provided food samples are not larger than 2 ounces and beverages are no larger than 3 ounces. If you plan to serve food that is not your product, you MUST purchase it from Levy. Please contact Nadia Rashed in the Operations Department at 207-842-5566 with any questions.
Give Aways & Lotteries Exhibitors may sponsor raffles, giveaways, and lotteries within the area defined as their booth space as long as they are free and open to everyone. As a reminder, all food & beverage items must be purchased through the official caterer including giveaway prize food & beverage items.
Liability Insurance Exhibitors are encouraged to carry their own general liability insurance as well as any additional property or theft insurance they deem appropriate but are no longer required to provide to Event Management evidence of that insurance or name Diversified Communications as an additional insured on the exhibitor’s policy. As has always been the case, exhibitors remain exclusively responsible for theft or damage to their personal property and are advised to secure their valuables at all times.  
Lead Retrieval Service  Customers remember your exhibit for approximately 12-14 weeks after a trade show. Plan your post show mailing or sales agenda before you leave for the show and begin implementing your program within two weeks of your return from the show. Order your lead retrieval
Operating Your Exhibit
All activities must be contained within the exhibit area described in your application for exhibit space. No selling or promoting will be allowed in the aisles, other exhibitor booths, entrance/exits, or other public areas. Promotion of other events is strictly prohibited.
Attendees viewing video monitors must be within your exhibit space, not crowded in the aisles.
Music may not exceed background audio level. All speakers must be facing into the exhibitor’s booth and not away from the booth. Loudspeakers and carnival tactics will not be allowed. Please be a considerate neighbor. Event Management reserves the right to shut down any receptions, presentations, or other activities which are deemed obstructive or prohibitive for neighboring booths to be able to conduct business.
Photography & Video Limited Due to the sensitive nature of new products and unique displays accesible at the Event, photographs or video of the stand of other Exhibitors' booths on the Event exhibit floor or screen shots of others' vitural booths are prohibitied. Attending personnel of exhibitors or qualified press must seek advance written approval from Diversified to photograph, film or make audio recordings at the Event and must abide by all conditions imposed.
Security During set-up and breakdown, Event Management will be responsible for the general surveillance –controlling the entrances, outside surveillance, general and preventive security for order and to safeguard against any kind of emergency. Exhibitors are advised to guard their own property during the set-up and break-down of their booth. Personal belongings that may be stolen should be locked away overnight. Everyone must always wear a badge during show days. Exhibitors are responsible for ordering badges for their workers and staff. Under no circumstances is the surveillance for exhibition property or the private property of each exhibitor the responsibility of Event Management. Therefore, Event Management is in no way responsible for the private property of exhibitors or for the theft of any materials left in the booths or possible damages that may occur during installation, show days or move-out.
Lumen Field (Seahawks Stadium) Lumen Field is off limits. Exhibitors and their guests are reminded not to enter the stadium areas of the venue during the show.
Smoking The Lumen Field Event Center is a non-smoking facility which includes vaping & electronic cigarettes.
Solicitation by Non-Exhibiting Companies For the protection of all Pacific Marine Expo exhibitors, only those companies whose Application for Exhibit
Space has been approved by Event Management will be allowed to present and sell their products.  If a representative from a non-exhibiting company is seen Soliciting business on the show floor, please request a business card from that person and give it to a Event Management representative. We will take the necessary steps to curtail this activity.
Visa Invation Letters

We are unable to provide letters of invitation for the purpose of obtaining a visa for travel. We have been informed by the US Embassies that a letter of invitation has no bearing on whether a visa will be issued. When applying for your visa, be sure to provide a copy of your registration confirmation or exhibit contract (if applicable) to attend the show, as well as any promotional materials you have received verifying the exhibition is a valid event.

Wireless Internet Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) is available throughout the show floor. However, if you are streaming a video or presentation from the internet and uninterrupted bandwidth is vital, we recommend purchasing a dedicated internet drop for your booth. While Wi-Fi is provided as no cost all exhibitors and attendees, bandwidth congestion can occur on-site during peak hours and we will always recommend purchasing a hardwire drop if necessary. 
No Early Breakdown Photographs and Videos Limited: All stands must be staffed during all expo hours. Exhibitors are NOT allowed to break down or remove any part of their exhibit, equipment, display material or merchandise from the exhibit hall before the official close of the event at 2:00PM Friday, November 10, 2023. Please review the Event Schedule and plan accordingly when booking travel for the event.
