12:00 pm - 7:00 pm All Booths
Note: Labor performed after 4:30 p.m. will be assessed overtime charges.

Exhibit Hours |
Badged Exhibitors will be allowed access to the exhibit floor at 7:00am on Wednesday and 8:00am on Thursday and Friday.

*No admission past 4:30pm on Wednesday and Thursday, event ends at 5:00PM.

All exhibits must remain intact until the official close of the show at 2:00 pm on Friday, November 10th. Please arrange your travel plans accordingly.

Move-Out Information |
• Freeman will begin returning empty containers after the aisle carpet has been removed.
• All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 10:00 p.m., Friday, November 10. Any materials remaining in the facility will be re-routed via Freeman’s choice or returned to warehouse to await disposition at exhibitor’s expense.
• To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed from the exhibit facility by the Exhibitor move-out deadline, please have all carriers check-in by 7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 10.
